Ten on Ten: August 2011

It's Ten on Ten. August 2011 edition. Temps still hovering around the 100 degree mark. But we're busy at work on the backyard beautification project. So we spend the majority of our days dripping sweat. And taking multiple showers.

Will post about our exciting projects soon. For now it's all I can do to get these 10 photos up. And my head down on my pillow. Night peeps.

I love the picture of the bicycle with the flowers in the basket. I was going to declare it my favorite until I saw dinner in the next picture. Okay, no really, I love that bicycle picture!

Can't wait to see pictures of the yard beautification project ;)

I too love the bike picture...you must do something with that!
Is that a huge kettle bell or a jumpy horse thing?

Love the first one! And the bike. And....okay, I love them all :-)

I agree-it's way too hot to be heading back to school. Seems like the summer just flew by. And I would love to take that walk!

Yeah, Matthew took pre-algebra in 6th grade. He had no problems with it. I'm sure she'll be fine!

This set of photos was the most intriguing thing I've seen today...loved the road signs. I visited Nevis this summer!

Eeek - I've been so absent....totally love your new blog header. Fantastic.

Love all your great pics - feeling very drawn to the Union Jack chairs having just visited with my family from the UK....but the bike basket and flowers makes me smile.

Glad to be home and catching up soon....hope your summer is great.

I love those chairs and you must live in Utopia...there is no way I could find such beauty to photograph every hour xx

Lovin' the Union Jack chairs. And I'm channeling some of that heat to bring to Seattle. :)

I love them all, Kim!

Are you using Photoshop or Lightroom? I love how these photos are processed. The lighting is gorgeous.

Excellent 10!

I love the chairs. And your pictures.

I just tried 5 guys for the first time. We have never been able to go because my son has a peanut allergy. My husband and I were able to sneak away and leave the kids with the grandparents while we were on vacation and we gave it a try. Loved it.

I always enjoy your Ten on Ten posts because they make me feel like I'm there spending the day with you. I wanna go ride bikes and play together next month! I'll be in Florida judging in October, but I think that's still pretty far from you, but I could be persuaded to plan a girl trip sometime in the near future..or tell BSD that he needs to come to Texas to experience some good BBQ, bull riding and kick ass country dancin'!
