Lazy, daisy Sunday. Felt good after a long week to do a whole lotta nothing. Doesn't make for a very exciting blog post. Hopefully, the pictures will make up for it.
And in case they don't. I'll leave you with this. GO SEE Soul Surfer! Take your kids. Bring a box of tissues. Prepare to be inspired.
Ten on Ten. Take a picture every hour over ten hours on the tenth of the month. See more here.
Hi, friend!
ReplyDeleteI'm doing laundry today, too. Yeehaw.
A great set! I love the one peeking in the door
ReplyDeleteLove those rainboots! And the photo peeking into your daughter's room is really great!!
ReplyDeleteGreat set! I love the colors. I did indeed make the cookies on my post... very easy, thanks to a special cutter from Williams-Sonoma. You can change the letters to make them say whatever you like. Totally recommend it. Your blog is so great... I'm adding it to my reader!
ReplyDeleteLove your 10! And I've heard that about Soul Surfer - we'll have to check that out!
ReplyDeletelove the boots...and i totally skipped laundry today, will be doing that tomorrow i guess!

ReplyDeleteI want to see soul surfer too! Good to know it's good for the kids too!
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are amazing...I want to grow up and take pictures just like you! ;)
You caught some really great pictures of your girls! And yes, I think rhubarb is easy to grow. It was already here when we moved and we keep pulling the stalks every year and it just keeps growing and last year it was HUGE. Seriously, we don't do anything else to it. And the rhubarb crumble dessert is awesome!
ReplyDeleteThere must be a story for that one with the scrub brush????
ReplyDeleteLove the one of the two girls walking on the path...
Do you rent yourself out to do laundry???
great photos...I need some help with mine...do we live close?? :)
ReplyDeleteGreat set! Love the rain boots :-) Sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday-doing nothing. I want to see Soul Surfer. Just the previews make me tear up. LOL.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I wonder what I have that I to write about that people might actually want to read, but then I realize that our little life is good, not a thrill a minute, but good.
ReplyDeleteYour pictures speak of that to me, and they made me smile.
Enjoy,
elena

ReplyDeleteCute display of pics!
ReplyDeleteLove the rain boots...so girly!
Happy day!
Love how you have compiled these all. Scrubbing the fish tank in those cute boots is my fave. Adorable!
ReplyDeletePS - it's 2011 (twenty eleven) hee hee
ReplyDeleteHoly Moly...I am living in the past! These are my pictures from April 2011!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reality check, Karina!
OK, talk about taking things to a whole new level....these pics rock! They are so artsy fartsy and creative. I love them. You're showing a whole other side to yourself and it's really fun. You have a very unique perspective on things and are able to capture it in such a way that I wouldn't even think of. I am very drawn to the picture of one of the Ballerina's laying on her bed in her room. It just screams pre teen with her positioning and the funky wording on her door; it's as if you opened a window onto her soul.
ReplyDeleteI remember when that shark attack happened in Hawaii. I haven't seen the movie but am putting it on my "to do" list....though I really wish I'd never seen Jaws years ago. My love of swimming in the ocean was never the same after that movie!
I keep meaning to do this! I love your shots.
ReplyDeleteI love your set. So bright and full of spring.
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing about Soul Surfer! Gotta check it out.
